Museum Oud Amelisweerd: several exhibitions, 2013-2018

After transforming the national monument 'Landhuis Oud Amelisweerd' into a museum ('MOA', in which the art of artist Armando was central) and developing a concept for the museum together with the management, Soda also conceived the exhibition idiom. In a balanced sober style - enhancing the dialogue between the monument and the exhibited art - a family of different supports was designed. These supports, such as pedestals, could be expanded or reused. In addition, text was given an important role, as text was a very important medium for Armando. Since the given fact that is was impossible to apply any text on the historical wall coverings, different variants were developed by Soda together with graphic designer Vanessa van Dam: from milled letters on a tile wall or floor, to texts applied to linen.

All exhibitions were curated by Yvonne Ploum, Sjors Zwierstra and Rolof-Jan Minneboo. The graphic design was developed by Vanessa van Dam.
